Where Can I Find Level 40 Captains Shadow of War
Spawning higher level captains?
Does anyone have whatever idea how I tin get some higher level captains to spawn? I'm lvl 45 now and almost every captain that spawns is level 35 or beneath. I need lvl 40+ captains to recruit then I tin can upgrade my legendaries!

Yeh see that's what I thought too merely I've got one zone with a few lvl nineteen-25 captains and similar ane or 2 40+ captains running around. Information technology'due south virtually like the game is trying to continue pace with my level but falling short in the overall RNG :( Of course, I need night captains and the xl+ are all mystic

Yous need to die to i of the non captain orcs, that'southward how I got orc college lvl than me

i dominated a weak one and let him fight in the pits, against an orc that is much stronger... when the stronger one killed him, then i can dominate the new one with the college lvl...
you can also level your own orcs up to lvl 45, and then blackball them from your army... you should then have an orc ~lvl40 effectually
